Rochelle Woods, President, has more than 20 years of recruitment experience and is considered an expert in the field. She regularly consults with large hospitals and multi-disciplinary groups to create successful recruitment departments and strategies. She is a member in good standing of the National Association of Physician Recruiters and First Choice, Inc. In addition, Rochelle is a seasoned professional and provides data for the nation’s top physician compensation surveys. She speaks at residency programs throughout the country, and for the past five years she has been part of a select group invited to the NEJM Physician Recruitment Summit.
Doug Kenner, Physician Consultant, has 25 years of experience working for a Fortune 500 company. His background includes leadership roles in sales, marketing, and operations on both the national and international levels. His expertise in relationship-building instills confidence and trust with both clients and physicians.


Brigitte Klaube, Director of Advertising, has 15 years of experience in marketing, web and print design, and social media. Working closely with our client base, Brigitte takes a creative approach toward developing targeted marketing campaigns that are both effective and cost-efficient.


Erin Hollars, Executive Administrative Assistant and Physician and Client Relations Manager, has 15 years of management experience with large national retail companies. Erin works with clients, hospitals, and clinics throughout the country scheduling interviews, tracking results, and handling all follow-ups.
