Rochelle founded Mountain Medical Group in 1991 with a passion for relationship building and the goal of aligning the ideal candidate with each and every career opportunity. Since then, she has grown and empowered a seasoned team that shares her commitment to making every search successful for both our medical partners and physician candidates. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica brings 15+ years of physician recruitment to the MMG team along with a dedication for creating an exceptional experience for candidates and clients. She enjoys the relationships developed during the process. In her free time, Jessica likes spending time with family and friends and can be found at the baseball field watching her son play ball.

Doug has been a physician recruiter with Mountain Medical Group for almost 20 years. His success in physician recruitment is directly related to his gift for building relationships. Doug enjoys classical music and in his spare time is a violinist with the St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra where he also sits on their Board of Directors.

Molly has a successful background in healthcare recruitment and is the ultimate organizer, keeping our team running smoothly day in and day out. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, dancing, yoga, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Kellie brings 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing to MMG. She likens physician recruitment to a treasure hunt and has a knack for identifying strong candidates. In her free time, Kellie enjoys cycling, fly fishing, and teaching adaptive skiing.

Mallory has been with MMG for 10 years and brings a wealth of experience in human
resources, marketing, advertising, and fiscal management. During her free time, Mallory enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
